Our client in Pinetown is looking for a Finance Admin Clerk who reside in the area. Must have own transport and know Pastel and Excel. Experience on Debtors and Creditors recons. Temporary assignment
- Matric
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Reside in Pinetown area
- Criminal clear
- Experience on Pastel and Excel
- Processing and reconciliation of Debtors
- Processing and reconciliation of Creditors
- Petty Cash & till management
- Issuing and submission of new credit applications
- Stock recon
- General admin and accounting duties
- Reception duties
- Receipting of payments & cash received into the cash book on Pastel & Excel
- Bank reconciliation
- Banking of cash monies and cheque’s received
- Following up with debtors over-due accounts
- Warranty processing
- Printing and emailing of statements
- Preparing the age analysis
- Ordering of stationery
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Processing credit notes
