Duties include:
Proactively engages with employees through informal and formal interaction, information sharing and providing general support to employees and line managers
Translates employee issues into potential business risks and advises relevant stakeholders accordingly.
Ensure a smooth Employee Orientation process.
Assists in providing a first line labor relations consulting service.

Experience:
At least 1-year experience in a similar role

We are looking for a full-time designer to join our team. The accepted candidate will work on a wide variety of designs from digital paper print and signage, through to large exhibition graphics.
Day-to-day, the main function will be designing for and operating a digital paper printer. The candidate will work both with internal staff and directly with clients. Working hours are 7am to 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Print Expression started in 2004 as a small three-man signage installation team. Our focus was on installation and rigging of general signage. Moving with the times and the demands of our customers, we started purchasing our own printing equipment.
Sixteen years later, we have a staff of more than 20, a 700 square meter factory and seven printers.

Requirements
Two to three years of graphic design experience (In a corporate environment)
Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite
Able to work directly with our clients
Able to fulfil tasks without supervision
DTP and digital print experience would be beneficial

This private concern is currently looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for the accurate, timely completion of weekly and monthly payroll, compliance with relevant tax legislation and accounting payroll input.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric.
Relevant Payroll or Accounting related qualification.
5 to 10 years similar related work experience.
Full working experience of the VIP Payroll system or similar related payroll system.
Full working experience in the preparation of monthly and weekly commission payrolls would be preferable.
Experience in submission of the annual, and monthly employee related tax submissions.
Understanding at a basic level of the PAYE related formulae for individual taxes.
Liaison experience with Employee Benefit providers and their related payroll implications (Group life, disability, gap, medical).
Centrally handling all claims with the service provider.
