Social and Campaign Manager
As the Social and Campaign Manager you will be responsible for overseeing key digital client accounts, working with the creative team to ensure all deliverables are executed and monitored against the brands digital strategy and/or approved campaign deliverables. You will be involved in the concept and digital strategy development across all clients, working closely with our Creative and Business heads. You will liaise with agency partners, and the agency team ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
Overview of the Position
- Develop digital content, brand and campaign strategies for new and existing clients.
- Digital media management across all social and digital channels – including buying of digital media and monthly reports.
- Conceptual and content briefing for your accounts.
- Community management on certain accounts.
- Working closely with the creative team in the development of work.
- Campaign management and oversight in partnership with the accounts team.
- Prepare and oversee status reports on social media efforts and success rate.
- Develop content strategies for new and existing clients.
- Work with the creative and business team to formulate and pitch new ideas/campaigns to current and potential clients. There is going to be a lot of this, so bring all your good ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer sentiment across platforms through the use of a social listening tool as well as manual listening/monitoring on a daily basis
- Flag/Escalate any social conversations that are damaging and oversee crisis management where necessary
- Compile weekly/monthly reports which highlight key areas of risk and opportunity
- Draft and continuously update FAQ response document that maintains a brand tone
- Manage and oversee campaigns, competitions and ongoing always-on content to ensure success and agility where necessary.
- Weekly meetings to ensure clear communication on all active and upcoming projects.
- Social trends – understand key shifts/trends happening within the digital space and apply these learnings /opportunities in real-time. Keep up to date with the latest innovations and tools.
- Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team
- Communication and problem-solving
- Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required to ascertain the issue quickly and to find the more appropriate resolution
- Support team in problem-solving in order to generate ideas and solutions
- Help create a culture of promoting new ideas or up-sell opportunities within the team for our clients
- Ensure work adheres to brand guidelines, including proofing of work
- Support the business development team where appropriate and assist with large pitches to potential clients where required
- Share knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas
- Proactively drive innovation with new ideas
Work Hours
We maintain a typical full-time schedule. Our defined work hours are from 8am – 5pm, Monday to Thurs and from 8am – 4pm on Fridays (where possible) at the agency in Florida Road.
