We are currently recruiting for production packers on behalf of our client a global manufacturing organisation who are considered the employer of choice within the local area. The company offer a great working environment, full time hours, permanent contacts and good industry training. Hours of work include: Days 7:15am-15:15 (Days) and 15:00-23:00 (afternoons) Your duties will include: – Packing of product in line with production targets – Operating a range of production machinery – Quality inspection of finalised product. – General production duties – Completing relevant paperwork including quality – Keeping your work area hazard free. The desired candidates will have: – Knowledge of health and safety in the work place – Previous relevant experience. – Be punctual – Able to work to targets/production KPI’s – Available immediately. Profile
The successful PA will have:
Demonstrable experience as a PA in a busy role – preferably within FS or Professional Services
An excellent grasp of written English.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with members.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the wider admin function.

Requirements
We utilise the full Adobe Suite, and candidates must be thoroughly skilled and proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Good working knowledge of Powerpoint. Strong design, layout and typography skills, as well as a thorough understanding of repo and print processes, are all required. We hope you’re social and know your way around the various platforms – content is in demand and you’ll be creating it!

Three-year graphic design diploma with minimum four years’ work experience required.

We are looking for a driven and motivated project administrator who will provide administrative support for the engagement portfolio at Innovate Durban. Programme administration on multiple projects/programmes that fall under engagement portfolio
Support the organisation projects/programmes and activities with the mission and goals of the organisation
