Job description

Tradeway Promotions is looking for a new talented, hardworking brand ambassador coordinator to join this fast-paced growing agency.  We need an individual who is well rounded, can think on their feet, and manage promoters efficiently.  For more info about our agency please go onto www.tradeway.co.za.

Responsibilities

  • recruiting and booking of promoters for specified activations
  • working on our online reporting system to book promoters for training and in-store activations
  • coordinate and book training sessions for new campaigns
  • assist with outdoor recruitment drives
  • chase and collect feedback after the activations for reports for relevant account manager by 12am Monday following the weekend’s activations
  • ensure kits are booked with warehouse and issued correctly
  • check promoters are in store on the day of activations and follow up on supervision groups
  • manage any extra staff that may be called to assist with special projects
  • check and capture promoter payments
  • oversee return of all promotional kits, uniform inventory, distribution and recollection on a weekly basis
  • assist with warehouse control

Our client is Africa’s biggest manufacturer in their industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Excellence Manager, to lead the Sales Excellence function for all domestic markets.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Marketing or Bachelor of Commerce.
  • 10 years+ relevant commercial experience, including experience of best-practice Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing in an FMCG environment.
  • Minimum 3 years training and coaching experience.
  • Experience working in a range of Africa markets and working with teams in Africa.
  • A self-starter, with a strong focus on achieving results and being proactive.
  • Strong influencing and problem solving skills.

  • Collaborate with in-country teams to carry out budget forecasts, and assist with the achievement of sales budgets through proactively addressing volume or value shortfalls.
  • Develop and implement sales reward and recognition programs for each country to assist in maintaining and growing motivation levels of the salesforce.
