Responsibilities
recruiting and booking of promoters for specified activations
working on our online reporting system to book promoters for training and in-store activations
coordinate and book training sessions for new campaigns
assist with outdoor recruitment drives
chase and collect feedback after the activations for reports for relevant account manager by 12am Monday following the weekend’s activations
ensure kits are booked with warehouse and issued correctly
check promoters are in store on the day of activations and follow up on supervision groups
manage any extra staff that may be called to assist with special projects
check and capture promoter payments
oversee return of all promotional kits, uniform inventory, distribution and recollection on a weekly basis
assist with warehouse control

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Degree in Marketing or Bachelor of Commerce.
