You will provide an efficient, high quality service to Clients, employees and others on our Client Reception.
The Receptionist will welcome clients, keep the Reception/Client suite neat and tidy and ensure client suites are available for meetings. You will be responsible for room booking process/system for client suites including keeping detailed records, informing Client Services when a room is no longer in use and liaison with Client Services and the Facilities team regarding refreshment requirements and setting up of meeting rooms including presentation, conference call and skype facilities when required.
Our Reception team make all courier and taxi arrangements and maintain records for tracking both.
Knowledge & Skills .
Good ability to use a Switchboard is required.
You should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent and able to work on your own initiative.
