Duties and responsibilities:
- Authorisation of hospital admissions
- Authorisation of specialist appointments
- Authorisation of appliances and specialist radiology
- Record and updating of all documents on system
- Escalation of queries
- Customer service and feedback
- Diary bookings (making appointments)
Minimum requirements for application:
- Previous medical experience essential (Enrolled nurse with office admin/environment experience)
- Must be computer literate (MS Office)
- Tertiary qualification in related field, BSC Nursing (Enrolled Nurse with admin experience) Psychology, Biokinetics or similar qualification recommended
