Requirements and scope of duties.
A brand-new independent outdoor and arms retail and wholesale store requires a store manager.
The successful candidate will be involved in the shop front start-up of this retail establishment and will be expected for a start to manage all aspects of the store, as well as a wholesale component for some premium brands.
This new retail establishment will consist of a small start-up team and will therefore also require the Retail Store Manager to be part-time based on the Front End Store actively taking on a sales role and providing a seamless customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of retail and wholesale procurement and supplier relationship management essential
- Experience in creating and implementing effective policies and procedures
- Ensuring the administration is completed and kept up to date
- Weekly and monthly management reports
- Handle daily responsibilities that come with managing a retail store
- Must be computer literate (experience on a point of sale system)
