Qualifications Essential:
• 3 years Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Technology or Analysis / if no degree/diploma, experience should be double the years of the qualification in a BA role OR (refer to additional info per domain)
• 1 year Diploma in Business Analysis (National Certificate) FTI
Experience Essential:
• 3-5 years Business analysis experience within a Business analysis role
• 2 years Retail industry experience
• 3-5 years working on Store service departments, deli, butchery and related processes
Knowledge – Desirable:
• ERP experience (Related to Business Domain)
• SAP Experience

• Analyse and understand the current business environment and strategies

Requirement elicitation:
• Work with user departments in the identification and documentation of user requirements.
• Assess and document the business implication of user requirements to the business process involved

• To deliver quality decision support solutions in Business Intelligence environment effectively and on time.

• Analyse the available data in the data warehouse to determine how best to utilise it in the proposed solution.
• Identify and document data requirements from source systems if the data is not currently available in the data warehouse.

• Create prototype solutions to assist business users with defining requirements.
