The successful person will be part of the finance department.
Responsibilities:
Key areas of responsibilities will include the following but not be limited to:
- Placing, finalisation and processing of customer invoices.
- Receiving from sales department the daily sales made.
- Placing all orders of daily sales on Pastel-evolution.
- Completion of unprocessed orders to Tax invoice, when prepared weights come from Dispatch department.
- Allocation of invoices according to route plan.
- Running of necessary reports to check accuracy and completeness of invoicing.
- General administrative and clerical duties.
- Daily filing and record keeping.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum grade 12.
- One year experience in an admin or clerical environment.
- Office administration experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite especially on Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Pastel Evolution.
- Well organised and enjoys administration.
- Analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player, self-motivated.
- Willing to work shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays.
