Job Description
Marketing Administration
Data capturing and management
Assistance with survey data samples
Data capturing
Updating ovatoyou database
Contacting survey winners
Social Media
Schedule content to be posted
Community management of Social Media accounts (Facebook and Twitter)
Record Social Media activity (weekly account of page likes and unlikes, new followers etc.)
Respond to queries
Office Administration
General:
Fulfil the role of receptionist, answering phone, meeting and greeting clients, preparing the boardroom
Arrange petty cash payments
Organise and arrange client Christmas gifts
Office:
Ensure all stationery is ordered
Keep filing up to date
Take responsibility for the office environment including liaison with service providers e.g. alarm company, IT consultants
Ensure office is kept clean and tidy and manage cleaner
Ensure kitchen is stocked with amenities and cleaning equipment.
Logistics:
Organise flights, cars, couriers and meetings when required

The ideal candidate must possess a relevant tertiary qualification, experience working with large and varied data sets, knowledge of market trade and liquidity interfaces and experience of Front Office systems. Must-Have skillsinclude: Thinkfolio/Charles River, FIX Messaging, OMS and EMS applications, Investment performance and attribution systems, Investment research systems – Both quantitative and qualitative and doing SQL Server queries.
Duties:
1st and 2nd Line Support for their Front Office investment systems (including portfolio modelling, order management, research, performance, risk and compliance all on a global level).
Support the Dealing team and their processes and systems.
Understand the data architecture within the organisation and its relation to the systems.
Analyse and source data required.
Daily monitoring of system load processes to ensure that systems are available to the business within deadlines and with accurate data.
Liaise with data providers to resolve queries.
Development and testing of small system enhancements.
Liaise with system vendors to track product issues and enhancements.
Provide development and support input into projects.
Risk and Compliance.
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Working knowledge and an understanding of Front Office systems, processes and structures, including the data requirements, investment terminology and related security information.
Experience of large and varied data sets, from multiple data sources, to conduct analysis and streamline. processes are essential.
Knowledge of market trade and liquidity interfaces.
Experience supporting a Dealing team.
Experience liaising with vendors and brokers to resolve issues.
Must have System Skills –
Thinkfolio/Charles River or other front office applications.
FIX Messaging.
OMS and EMS applications.
Investment performance and attribution systems.
Investment research systems – Both quantitative and qualitative.
Strong database and database query skills in SQL Server.
