DUTIES:
Resolve and assist customers’ inbound telephonic and e-mail queries and requests
Providing and comparing insurance quotes
Selling, upselling and cross selling insurance to prospective clients, processing of new business, renewals, amendments and cancellations of policies and change details as needed
Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets
Describe insurance benefits to prospective clients
Persuade potential customers to switch policies
Identify and overcome objections and respond to questions
Follow up on voicemails received and initial contacts that request call backs
After-sales information and advice

Responsibilities:
Direct and co-ordinate the Engineering activity of the Production Maintenance, Engineering Support and Project Engineering teams, as well as planning, directing and controlling plant improvement projects.
Analyse plant and equipment failures, initiating and following through action plan to reduce to a level insignificance and to implement the permanent fix.
Set and maintain Engineering standards and systems of the process plant and equipment.
Teach and coach the Engineering, Production and Support teams regarding Engineering and process matters.
Develop and implement Engineering and process technology, operating philosophies and practices to optimise product quality and eliminate waste through yield improvement and engineering machine availability.
Ensure that all engineering systems and standards are in place and audited.
Provide technical expertise and support for Engineering, Production and Product Technical departments.
Provision of effective engineering maintenance planning and maintenance information support activities.
Plan and control total plant Capex and departmental budgets.

The logistics analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimising distribution processes in the operation. The focus will be twofold: To create models and tools that translate operational activity into visible reporting metrics across all operations and stakeholders, engaging and holding stakeholders accountable for the delivery against agreed metrics and SLA’s, and to support end-to-end optimisation efforts in distribution to improve capacity and productivity. The Analyst will be responsible for the management of the day2day administrative functions across all logistics operations and working across the Distribution department and Warehouse Operations.
Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role
Work with national logistics operations in implementing product distribution analysis in the department.
Create and manage tools and processes to support the distribution capacity planning process, acting in liaison with national inventory and project manager to proactively address potential capacity constraints.
Create and utilise in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making and strategic implementation.
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business to create, benchmark, and measure distribution service level KPIs and help teams incorporate metrics into day to day operations.
Establish baseline and on-going understanding of logistics operations and productivity by channel; and support end-to-end optimisation effort in the department.
Prepare presentations for senior management.
Analyse and provide new logistics options to meet and support business goals.

Responsibilities

Collaboration on Audience targeting, User Experience?, Customer Journey?, Content Strategy, Editorial Calendars, Content Calendars, Content Guidelines, Distribution Strategy.
The Strategist will work together with brand teams to help craft the right brief for the defined job to be done; including one-to-one meetings and larger working sessions, as well as check-in sessions with brand teams
Best Practice
The Strategist will drive a ‘Best Practice’ approach to content and overall strategic quality assurance of content created within the Studio. This will be in line with Unilever global guidance, global platforms and partners
The Strategist will work with the internal Insight team and specialist partners to support a ‘test and learn’ approach to content strategy, ensuring ‘effectiveness’ is a key tenant baked into all content marketing activity through the clear definition of KPI’s and metrics aligned with the projects measurement approach
