Matric
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Min 5 years’ experience in similar role
Syspro experiance – ESSENTIAL
Solid computer literacy including excel
Excellent attention to detail, a methodical worker
Good team player attributes
Fluent English language, written and spoken essential
DUTIES:
Reporting to the Finance Manager
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly – suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bookkeeping to trial balance stage
Maintain accurate records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable
Clearing a back log involving bank reconciliations
Processing bank statements
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Assist with any additional ad-hoc duties within the department that arise
