Sales commission of up to 10% is earned through the following activities:
Developing the company’s client base in line with company strategy and sales targets.
Cross-selling and introducing clients to company services and products.
Building marketing visions and strategies towards achieving company revenue targets.
Commission is earned through active sourcing and closing deals.
Referral commission is paid at half of the full commission structure as referral commission
Project profit share up to 15% earned through the following activities:
