Fleet management and maintenance
Liaise with network depots ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics/transport department.
Ensure all inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Monitor and chase documentation in support of the transport and logistics operation.
Ensure compliance documentation is maintained and updated on a regular basis.
Manage the weekly fuel report, ensuring that any discrepancies are reported if required.
Delegate staff to record drivers’ mileage onto the appropriate database
Engage all external and internal customers by communicating in a friendly and highly professional manner at all times
