Ka-Pow! Do you want to make an impact in SA’s tech marketing landscape? We are looking for a Google AdWords ninja looking to join our storytelling production house. At least two years’ experience in Google Adwords (Google certification advantageous), SEO and PPC, relevant tertiary qualification and a winning attitude are all you need! Your primary focus will be on the strategy/planning, execution, management and optimisation of all PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns/projects both for our prestigious clients and internal brands.
Responsibilities:
- Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.
- Lead the development of social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement for social media.
- Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats.
- Develop unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies which meet/exceed objectives.
- Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients’ paid SEO, social marketing and media plans.
- Manage online media campaigns and day-to-day activities – scheduling, running and engaging in regular social promotions and paid advert campaigns, creating the correct targeted audiences and tracking their success.
- Manage social media presence including community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online programs and analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
- Measure results of weekly/monthly (ROI and KPIs) campaigns and compile client reports Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
- Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as an online strategic advisor to both account leads and clients.

Requirements
- Minimum two years of Google Ads management experience.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google AdWords editor.
- Google Ads certified preferred.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management essential.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or email marketing system and customer relationship management platforms advantageous.
- Relevant degree.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Good at multitasking, able to handle pressure and meeting daily deliverables.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, logical and structured individual.
- Excellent time management skills.
