Duties and responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain architecture governance compliance criteria, rating systems, principles, guidelines and processes
Define and agree on governance structures, forums and bodies for approval, including the definition of approval criteria and principles
Ensure technology implementation and development initiatives adhere to guiding principles
Ensure benefits and costs of programs / projects are considered holistically
Ensure that fit-for-purpose governance is implemented considering project / initiative expected outcome, methodology and risk
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree (or higher) in either Information Systems or Computer Science
TOGAF Foundation Training
TOGAF Certification
COBIT Certification
Governance and regulatory related qualification and certifications

We are currently looking for a QA team lead to assist an international technology partner responsible for some of the world’s leading financial services brands.
Requirements include:
IT degree or diploma and applicable training in the QA field and STQB certifications
Minimum five years of test analyst experience with a minimum three years of team lead or management experience
Automated testing – CD (continuous development) automation experience and manual testing of products/solutions
Advanced knowledge of testing tools and SQL skills
Exposure to Agile testing methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and experience in financial markets (trading) advantageous
What you will be responsible for?
Coach and mentor team members ensuring that there is consistency in testing across all testing teams
Quality assurance around user interfaces and other parts of software/draw up test cases to test products/solutions
Manual testing (based on test plans and test cases)
Continuous improvement of quality assurance process by frequently reviewing the existing process
Functional, regression, front end, back-end testing
Defect (bug) logging, defect reporting, and defect maintenance
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and prioritising of software upgrades
Provide support (technical and/or other) on products/solutions to internal support group
Draft documentation (upgrades, release notes) for internal/external use on products/solutions deployed/facilitate inter-team communication on testing best-practices and methodologies
Personal support, mentoring, and professional development for testers
