Our client situated in Bloemfontein is in dire need of some hardworking petrol pump attendants. (3 to 4 individuals).
Salary:R3600 up to R4000 per month(Depending on shifts worked for the month)

To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the CEO and be the first line of contact internally and for external correspondence. To provide executive support in specific work programmes, projects and research as determined by the CEO (e.g. preparing documents, proposals).
To be proactive in dealing with operational administration and process issues, and external organisations.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Office Management / Administration or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage
Three years’ directly as support to a CEO or senior manager or providing organisational process administration
Key Performance Areas:
Provide administrative support to the CEO
To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the CEO.
Providing secretariat support to EXCO and MANCO
Preparing for and organising meetings. This entails drafting and finalising the agenda and packs, organising the logistics, minute taking, undertaking any follow up and maintaining professional relationships.
Fulfilment of statutory requirements
Formal submission of documents to the Executive Authority as per legislative requirements (PFMA etc.) within the specified timeframe, e.g. strategic and business plans, quarterly reports, budgets, etc. Maintain a register of all documents submitted and obtain written confirmation of receipts
Registration of directors with the relevant Court
Lodging of Trust Deed and other relevant documents at the relevant Court/Body
Liaison with other Government Bodies
Responding to any requests relevant to EXCO and MANCO and governance structures.
Undertake executive administrative functions for work programs and projects as dictated by the CEO
To undertake specific administrative tasks on work programs, projects and research as determined by the CEO.
