Requirements:
Degree/ Honors in Informatics/ Computer Sciences/ Information Technology or Information Systems
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) (Advantage)
2 – 3 years’ Experience in one of the “Big 4” Audit Firm
Experience within the software development Industry
Consulting Experience
Knowledge of Information Technology External Auditing
Excellent Leadership Qualities
Extensive international travel required
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent Time Management Skills
Ability to meet Deadlines
Valid Driver’s license and own transport

Wine-of-the-Month Club, South Africa’s longest standing and largest wine club, is on the hunt for a talented and experienced art director to join its powerhouse team.
As the art director, you will responsible to drive the creative visual style and brand of Wine-of-the-Month Club, across all design platforms including digital and print. You will be in charge of conceptualising new ideas, in different areas of the business and work closely with the director, marketing manager and team leaders.
As the art director, you will primarily be responsible for:
Conceptualising new design ideas across different design areas within the company.
Liaise with clients to develop an artistic approach and style that is in line with the Wine-of-the-Month Clubs brands.
Manage the design team and coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments according to deadlines.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.
Run the production and design of Wine-of-the-Month Clubs in-house publication, South African Connoisseur magazine.
Photograph pack shots, lifestyle shots and product shots for digital and print platforms.
Develop detailed budgets and timelines for new and existing design projects.
Develop and conceptualise packaging design and product for different areas of the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Creative leadership skills and experience within the graphic design and digital industry, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
Have a strong visual and design sense with at least three years of experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of print production and its process.
Advanced Macintosh software skills including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
An understanding of photography would be adventurous but not a must.
Strong interest and knowledge of typography.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and workflow simultaneously.
Have the ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels, internally and externally.

Qualifications –
Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Expert understanding of systems in retail and/or consumer finance.
Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and the product life cycle.
