The initial contract will be for three months (But we’re hoping it works out because a permanent position is available)

Web designer

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Solid working with CMSs, especially WordPress
• Familiar with standard PHP language
• Front-end website design
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain website documentation
• Updating and maintaining existing websites
• Cooperate with other designers to match visual design when required
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

Graphic designer

• Experience and excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
• Efficiency and in-depth understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Media planner and buyer

Experience in this field is advantageous, not necessary (This is straight-forward if you’re willing to learn.)

• Negotiating with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media position placements and added value by medium for all markets
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients and media owners
• Booking individual advertising space
• Ensuring that the adverts run accurately so the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers
• Ensure that the insertions are ready for billings before month-end
• Ensure that all proof of performance has been obtained and voucher copies are delivered to client
• Prepare chase lists and dispatch to relevant parties
• Ensure that all material are dispatched timeously and if needs be material extensions are obtained and communicated to creative agency
