Responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors and answering company switchboard
Ordering stationery and office supplies for the head office staff and handling stock.
Co-ordinating Head office maintenance issues
Managing of external service providers; office cleaning, pest control and plant services
Act as the central focus point for company’s mail deliveries and pick up, handling couriers and ensuring that all mail be co-ordinated and directed to the correct store/individual.
Arrange local travel on a national basis for employees travelling on company business including flight bookings, car hire and accommodation.
We are now looking for individuals who have good relevant experience in a company with brand synergy to our own.
We need candidates who:
Have a tertiary qualification
Have previous experience in front desk or customer facing position
Have strong system and MS Office skills
Have excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
Show initiative and have the ability to work with limited supervision

Duties:

Participating in the administration and management of departmental activities;

Requirements:
PhD or MBA from an internationally accredited Business School;
In the case of an MBA, a commitment to pursue a PhD in the area of business management and/or quantitative methods;
Evidence of active and continuous scholarship in both research and teaching, together with further development potential;
Some experience in teaching Statistics and/or Operations Research;
Evidence of industry networks;
Proficiency in teaching and learning technologies.
Recommendations:
Industry experience in the application of quantitative methods for management decision-making;
Senior leadership experience and willingness to act in an academic leadership role;
