- Managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, BizCommunity, etc.
- Developing and administering skills and competency tests, as well as structured and unstructured interviews
- Building and promoting an employer brand and co-ordinating international advertising, particularly through digital marketing and with a focus on South African universities
- Engaging in internal marketing, including departmental forecasting and individual staff development, training and retention plans
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of recruiting and training campaigns
- Facilitating Visa application processes for candidates from around the world
- Constantly refining and revising Rhino Africa’s onboarding, probation, performance management and exit procedures
