Job description

A position for a sales and marketing representative is available within a medium-sized, dynamic advertising agency that is situated in the east of Pretoria. The position is open to a strong communicator that is results driven and keen on the delivery of quality products and exemplary service. The successful candidate will report directly to the managing director. Candidates residing in the greater Pretoria region will be preferred. 

The post includes both a petrol and a cell allowance that is to be used in the performing of duties.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

• Cold calling and generation of new business.
• Marketing of print materials and corporate gifts.
• Liaising with new clients when required.
• Supplying accurate briefs to the design department.
• Client management and service.
• Regular progress reports to clients and management regarding the status of projects.

Requirements

• Marketing qualification from a reputable institution, and/or at least two years’ verifiable experience within the field of advertising/marketing/printing
• Code eight drivers licence
• Excellent communicator
• Attention to detail a must
• Solid knowledge of and experience in the printing industry essential
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
