As a member of the TQMPS Experience team, you will be instrumental in developing various brand journeys. We strive to deliver an extraordinary customer experience to each project, and as a mid-senior animator, you will be fundamental in how we connect brands with their customers.

Positions available for an animator.

One position is available for a two-month contract.

One position is available for an eight-month contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a design discipline related to interaction, information, motion, animation and graphic design.
  • Five+ years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual); ability to propose ideas across teams, and contextualise multiple ideas in relation to one another.
  • Expert in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects).
  • Solid knowledge of semantic HTML/CSS.
  • Major pro if you can both design and animate for motion graphics.

Job description

As a digital content editor you will be responsible for taking consumer-targeted web content from concept to publication as well as managing the conversion of print content to both web and mobile platforms.

You will be required to the work with the in-house sales team and freelance journalist to develop strategies for generating meaningful content that garners a high volume of visits and encourages awareness and excitement around the company’s digital platforms and social networks.

Content typically includes written articles, video uploads, podcast discussions, and blog posts. Essentially day-to-day functions of the position will follow the pipeline of brainstorming, assignment, production, editing, and publication.

A dynamic trading concern in Cape Town is looking for a proactive process analyst/trainer who will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures as well as ensuring the facilitation of training employees. The successful candidate requires a BCom/BBusSci Degree in the field of finance, experience analysing and mapping business processes, managing a library of procedure and process docs, skilled in Office and Visio and have a good working knowledge of SA Unit Trusts, Hedge Funds, LISPS and Pre/Post Retirement Fund products and regulations. Any Oracle Flexcube would prove beneficial.

Duties:

  • Maintain the library of business process and procedure documentation.
  • Work in conjunction with business analysts to update business process and procedure documentation when changes are made to business processes.
  • Facilitate user training when changes are made to business processes/procedures.

Requirements:

Qualifications –

  • BCom or BBusSci Degree in the field of finance.

Experience/skills –

  • MS Office and Visio.
  • Training and training facilitation experience (both one-on-one and small groups)
  • Experience and proven track record in:
  • Analysing and mapping business processes using a formal methodology.
  • Writing procedure documentation.
  • Managing a library of process and procedure documentation.
  • Successfully working in a team.
    • A good working knowledge of South African Unit Trusts, Hedge Fund, LISPS and Pre/Post Retirement Fund products and regulations.

Advantageous –

  • University level computer science, database or systems courses.
  • Oracle Flexcube.
  • Experience in business process optimisation.
  • Business analysis experience.
  • A good working knowledge of South African Transfer Agency or LISP operational business processes (preferable)
