Minimum six years’ operations management experience, with at least two years in a senior managerial position in a Contact Centre
Understanding of Contact Centre Industry in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimization
Must have worked for an ISP- essential (Consumer ISP) (must have excellent knowledge of networks / fibre / wireless technologies

Currently looking for a skilled Creditors Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Download statements in Excel format
Match invoices to appropriate purchasing orders
Ensure creditors vat number is included on invoices
Ensure correct company name and details
Match and number invoices to appropriate statement
Ensure that invoices are processed timeously
Balance AP trial balances for all companies back to appropriate statement
Capture payment in Great Plains
Ensure that relevant payment packs are submitted monthly by the 20th
Send payment breakdown for correct allocation timeously
Ensure that payment packs are submitted by the 25th monthly
Oversee payment authorizations for all divisions and filing for processing
Liaise with travel agent on weekly submission of relevant invoices
Follow up daily on outstanding queries with travel agent and consultants
Liaise with Financial Accountant for cash flow purpose
Monthly GL recons for control accounts
Finance administration
Adhoc duties will include other creditors
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ solid work experience
Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Certificate)
Advanced PC literacy (Microsoft) is essential, including Excel
Knowledge and Skill:
Coordination and management of all purchase orders, invoices, payments and financial reconciliations and reporting
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent excel skills
Personal attributes:
Good communication skills with staff and customers at all levels are prerequisites to be successful in this critical position.
