- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience

Estimates labour and material costs of printing and binding books, pamphlets, periodicals, and other printed matter, based on specifications outlined on sales order or submitted by a prospective customer.

- Raise purchase orders for courier companies
- Purchase stock paper for department
- Purchase stock and consumables required
- Resolve queries that arise from the above or from accounts department regarding jobs
- Monthly reporting or other requirements needed by general manager
- Ensure that billing is correct at month-end
