Ensuring that all IT infrastructure and office equipment is in keeping with the allocated budget and meets with business operational requirements – thereby enabling an optimal working environment and uninterrupted service delivery to all users. The candidate will be a key player in assuring a strong level of support for the solution of typical IT-related incidents associated with the use of our various corporate services, using a ticketing system, as well as the administration of some additional services.
Key responsibilities
To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) across a range of software applications.
To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon. To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to the Group IT support team where necessary.
Work with infrastructure providers (printers, telephones, internet, off-site backup file storage, office access and surveillance) to assure that the office receives the best service at the lowest price.

Upgrade different types of software and hardware and office equipment (e.g. (e.g. printers, copiers, scanners, televisions, tele and video conference equipment and headphones).
To maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
