Duties:

Assist in forecasting of unique stock items
Attend regular meetings with Procurement team based at other site. Oversee procurement and ensure all products are ordered and being delivered timeously
Quality control the process
For seasonal and new launches:
Sourcing of new components and ensuring they are certified suppliers and are food safe
Consider lead times of all components per project and per client and manage the critical path to ensure the project meets the deadline
Placement of orders for product launch, etc.
Drive prompt shipment by suppliers and customs clearing with correct duties by providing all documentation and tariff codes
Promote cost saving by consolidating shipments for seasonal buys
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Completed qualification that delivers a candidate with the right attributes and skills
Minimum two years’ experience
Syspro experience
Must have own transport personal attributes
Attention to detail and accuracy
