As the digital operations director, you will be responsible for the following:
Ensure the delivery of great client digital media campaigns.
Accountable for overall process to setup, launch, optimise, report and invoice to the client.
Drive efficiencies in the campaign-execution process through both workflow ( from brief to launch, to reporting, to invoice), and creative improvements.
Manage operational team leads (search, SEO, display, social and creative)
Review processes and efficiencies between departments
Ensure close collaboration with client services
Constant communications between all relevant departments
Pull reports and follow-up on outstanding billings
Set-up templates for briefing/ budgeting purposes
Make recommendations on performance improvement to internal clients
Direct the annual budgeting process and subsequent control of operational costs thereafter
Coordination of annual capital projects and associated budget controls
