Duties:
SAP integration Software Life Cycle management:
Implement and maintain the SAP Integration environment in the SAP Technical Landscape (development, test, training and production) using a structured approach that minimises the risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
Design and implement an optimal SAP integration configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
Project Delivery:
Participate in the planning and implementation of software upgrades.

Data and System protection, security and integrity:

Requirements:
NQF level six: Higher Level certificate in IT or a minimum of three years’ experience as an Integration Analyst.
Three years’ SAP XI / PI or PO experience, including, PI architecture and adapter framework.
Windows and SQL 2008 R2 or later with integration to NetWeaver 7.4 or later SAP systems.
Two+ years’ SAP PI message / value mapping skills.
Two years’ experience using SAP Integration technologies e.g. ALE, iDOCs
Standby and overtime (weekends and after-hours support).
The following would be advantageous:
SAP PO / BPM experience.
SAP Data Services.
Java programming and mapping skills.
Good understanding of network architecture / security and communication protocols.
Working in the SAP PI portal environment.
