A manufacturing concern is seeking a CCM Fitter Assistant to join their team.

Open position : CCM Fitter Assistant

  Job requirements :
• Ability to work well within a team
• Assist and follow the instruction given from CCM Fitter.
• Good Knowledge and Experience in Gas Cutting, Welding and Grinding Operations.
• Good Knowledge in fabrication Process.
• Good Knowledge and maintenance in Hydraulic Systems and its actuators.
• Assist in doing of Greasing the all moving parts in the casting machine.
• Assist to remove, Clean and fix the Mould tube and Mould jackets.
• Assist in repair of ladle and its slide gate mechanism.
• Assist in changing of Mould sections.
• Assist in maintenance of auto gas cutter.
• Assist in maintenance of CCM cooling bed.
• Assist in maintenance of Secondary cooling systems in CCM.
• Assist in maintenance of Pumps, Gearbox and its supported equipment’s.
• Assist in doing housekeeping in CCM.
• Assist in doing cleaning the waste material in CCM.
• Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational requirements, need to follow all the instruction given by supervisor, Shift In charge and Department head.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified in the field of fitting/ welding/gas cutting
