They will be a good communicator, have computer skills and a proven record of successful crop farming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all production systems are in place and being adhered to. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly production duties and personnel. Be able to implement systems Work according to and within budgets Create, record and maintain all records and reports Manage employees Achieve crop yields as stipulated by owner MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma Degree At least 7 years' experience in crop farming – chicory farming experience an advantage Fluent in Xhosa Good understanding of current labour laws
