• Execute daily tasks and work instructions according to relevant Procedures
• Do presentations to existing & potential customers as and when required
• Obtaining profitable results through the team by developing the team through
  motivation and product knowledge development
• Manage streamlining processes and systems
• Develop and maintain prototypes, new products and technologies
• Assist with the planning, direction, organization and control of the team to accomplish specific objectives
• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the team on medical and technical knowledge to present information 
• Ensure thorough knowledge and implementation of the video conferencing technologies, computerized vision and image processing systems and tools
• Implement specific projects as they arise and ensure teams buy-in, implementation and follow-through
• Liaise with different personnel, as is required, to prevent delays and on-time delivery
• Analyze system requirements and implement, configure and test feasible solutions
• Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders to ensure proper usage of products
• Maximize use of hardware and software by training users, interpreting instructions and answering questions
• Conducting troubleshooting and requirements analysis on all products and prototypes
• Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to
  ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs and understanding software development lifecycles
• Achieve computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data; identifying and evaluating options and then recommending a course of action

Minimum requirements:

• Business Qualification preferably with a B Degree
• Experience in a technical environment
• Experience in Information Technology Systems
• Product knowledge from the medical, Audio Visual and e-Learning Industries
• Development of e-learning and telemedicine prototypes
• Technical Presentations and sales
• Conduct training
