Job description

A unique digital agency in Centurion requires a client liaison who is a great communicator. Key duties include managing projects and people and streamlining workflows to ensure on time delivery and top quality digital work. At least one year’s relevant experience in project management, coordinating or managing a team.

Duties 

• Coordination of a digital team (developers, designers, editorial staff)
• Scheduling of projects, tasks and resources to the team 
• Client liaison (project progress, service meetings, systems support, and general enquiries) 
• Post-mortem meetings with internal team of completed projects
• Completion of all projects in terms of quality control, timelines, and budgets
• Estimation and quoting on projects 
• Induction and skills development of new employees and training clients on systems when needed 
• General management of production/operations and office 
• A true sense of ownership on projects
