Requirements
- MS Office skills
- Understanding of basic technical and software equipment
- Entry-level bookkeeping knowledge
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Attend to queries and issues on the support line
- Attend to technical issues raised during support
- Conduct Consumer Training and Education
- Organise Bulk Communications to consumers over various channels
- Client Support & Management
- Software Quality Assurance
- Project Implementation Support
