My client is an Independent Digital Agency who specialise in Social, Content, Website Development & Digital Strategy. They are looking to bring on a new Client Service Director, this person will report directly into the MD and play an integral part in running the agency. Your main responsibilities will include leading the client service team, strategic delivery and reaching client objectives. The agency works with a great mix of big consumer & FMCG brands and have won awards for the great work that they do.

Other responsibilities include:

• Team management
• Strategy
• Stakeholder management 
• Financial management 
• Project management
• Working to deliverables and probability of various projects
• Maintaining existing business 
• New business & upselling Products
• Client pitches 

Requirements

The culture of the business is fast paced, hardworking, creative and supportive. There are around 50 staff across two offices but the agency has ambitious growth plans and you can certainly play a big part in that.

We are looking for someone with

• Minimum of 5 years+ client service experience
• Thorough understanding of digital technology
• Strong senior management experience within an agency 
• You will have experience within digital, client services, strategy, account handling
• Experience working with senior Brand / Marketing people
• Strong operational experience 
• Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial spirit
