Client Service Manager required for a leading Agricultural company in Kimberley.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Human Social Studies/ Research
- Seven years’ Experience in Marketing in the Agricultural / Telecommunications industry
- Two years’ Experience in a Management Level
Tasks:
- Financial Management
- Implement and Measure Customer Service Programs
- Manage Programs to Address Customer Queries and Issues
- Implement Continuous Measurement of Customer Satisfaction
You will need to reside in Kimberley or surrounding area.
