What you’ll be up to:

Typical tasks include, but may not be limited to:

• Resolve client queries efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Identify and implement processes to improve client service delivery
• Assist with client services administration

Requirements:

• South Africa citizenship or permanent residency is essential
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• You should have experience in a similar role
