We are looking for a half day / flexible client success assistant to join our team based in Pinelands
The primary position is to inspire and excite various clients we have on our books

Persuade Marketing is a business-to-business or B2B lead generation based consultancy. We help small to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business. Our clients range from startup to Enterprise clients 

Join a fast based small company which in under two years of operation has offices in Cape Town. Johannesburg and soon to be satellite offices in Durban. We are fast growth based company with 15+ staff and we looking for ambitious hungry people

What will you be doing:

• Be the client success lead responsible for client retention and expectation management of all campaigns
• Looking after 60+ clients either through face to face meetings, zoom calls and weekly scheduled calls
• Inspiring our clients with fresh creative ways to get new business from brainstorming. planning and implementation 
• Corporate gift management. Sending gifts and teasers to our client’s for they birthdays or any special company event
• Keeping a 120sqm office well maintained and stocked for staffing, client walk ins and general office admin
• Assisting with sales queries. Responding to mail’s and generating new business through leads provided
• Staff wellness, plan and execute staff functions, training and incentive programs
• Setup meetings for young and charismatic CEO for new business 

What we are looking for:

• Female based applicant 
• Thoroughly bubbly and happy personality, can motivate others
• Excellent English must be your first language
• Ideally looking for a stay at home mom – Please no students or graduates
• Know’s how to use a phone and engage on a senior level

What we are offering:

• Flexible working hours 08:00 – 13:00pm daily (Opportunity for full day)
• R4000 to R5000 for half day position with uncapped commission 
• Education allowance. Retirement annuity contribution
