Commercial Short Term Financial Adviser
Job Description: • Generate access to potential short-term insurance markets, • Build and maintain internal and external relationships which includes insurers, clients and lead providers. • Build rapport and sell products to clients telephonically as well as in person. • Engage with potential clients and obtain an in-depth understanding of their short-term insurance needs. • Match customers need to suitable products available at your disposal. • Convince clients to make use of the recommended products and services • Provide ongoing service and support to your client base. • Retention of existing business including renewal discussions. • Ensure compliance and procedural requirements are met at all times. • Secure a comfortable income through the successful conversion of opportunities Requirements: • Matric Certificate + relevant FAIS credits / qualification . • Own reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license, laptop and cellular phone. • Minimum 2 years Short Term (Commercial, Marine or other specialist) broking or sales experience. • Individual must be o a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair o able to work under pressure. o independent yet able to work well within a team.
