Seeking a Communications Specialist with a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Marketing and 3-5 years communication experience, preferably in the digital space, for an EE role based in Cape Town. Responsibilities • Implement and manage the execution of the Communications Plan across a number of channels and divisions. • Write copy for various communication platforms. • Measure and report on all communication activities as per the communications dashboard. • Act as liaison between the business and its various agencies. • Responsible for competitor communication analysis and reporting. • Give input in and recommendations for the communications strategy. • Apply branding and style guides to the communication pieces. Requirements Qualifications • 3 -year Diploma/Degree in Communication/Marketing. Experience • 3-5 years’ communication experience, preferably in the digital space. Knowledge • Excellent understanding of the digital and social media sphere. • Understanding of and preferably experience in the financial services industry. • Proven track record and knowledge to ensure good customer engagement. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Presentation skills.
