This position, which is situated in Graaff Reinet, Eastern Cape –

is responsible to monitor,  evaluate and ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems, relating to factory operations, inclusive of, but not limited to: The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), FSSC 2200, and any other authorisations which have been granted to the client.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma in Food Technology or a Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Consumer Science or Agriculture
• Experience of working with a quality management system is advantageous
• Knowledge of OHSA, Global Gap and SSC22000
• Proven experience of working with people of different cultures
• The ability to contribute to a team, perform at a high standard
• Good organisational skills
• Attention to detail, task orientated and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills –MS Word and Excel
• A valid and current driver’s licence
