Concierge/Personal Shopper (Cape Town)
A new tech start-up company seeks to employ a concierge. We are looking to hire a reliable personal shopper who is able to think on their feet and offer extraordinary customer service.
Your duties involve reviewing the order of the customer and performing their shopping, you should also be able to identify alternate products should the required one not be available.
Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills, and experience):
- Two years’ personal shopper experience
- Matric certificate
- Should identify as a “foody”
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own car (Preferred not essential)
Required competencies:
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong command of the English Language
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Well Presented
