Chair progress, technical and ad-hoc meetings with the contractor, professional team and client.
Issue contract instructions in terms of the contract.
Review and certify payments to the contractor.
Coordinate the timeous issuing of information to the contractor.
Review contractors claims and issue written ruling/determination.
Keep detailed records of construction and contractual activities.
Manage and coordinate the deliverables of the professional team. Qualification:
