Copier Technician
My client is urgently seeking a Copier Technician with TOSHIBA AND SAMSUNG copier experience. Maintenance and installation of all office automation equipment. Liaising with customers on daily basis regarding servicing of all office automation equipment. Key areas of responsibility: Maintain and install all photocopiers, printers and scanners. Reporting after every customer repair order to technical department. Deliveries of any kind of equipment or peripherals and consumables. Keeping logbook of all driven kilometers for company. Access machines and identify which parts needed for any customer repair order after liaising with management. General: Any additional responsibilities as assigned or requested by the company Required Qualifications: Strong sense of customer service Good organizational skills. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 kilograms Experience in a good technical environment of all office equipment Good driving record. Computer literate Minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing of all office equipment Good communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
