Job description

You examine all aspects of client problems and briefs to create thoughtful, viable and unexpected creative solutions. You’re a true team player with expertise in creative thinking. You have the passion and creative know how to lead big brand thinking through to execution.
Reporting to the executive creative director, you get your hands dirty by producing and guiding work that solves our clients’ business challenges in unique and innovative ways.
Creative leadership
- Act as the catalyst that mixes and translates ideas, pushes concepts, and finds the best way to push our overall creative and design output.
- Lead Creative projects, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to deliver inspired creative ideas.
- Develop strategic integrated TTL marketing campaigns throughout all phases of a project, overseeing planning, concept development, design and implementation.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions that address our Brands strategy business needs.
- Interface with internal teams and clients for creative sell-in and review.
- Understand and work within project parameters
- Collaborate with Account and creative teams to ensure all client deliverables are being met on a timely basis with consistency and high quality.
- Contribute to best practices and standard processes to drive our creative capabilities forward.
Team
- Provide mentorship and direction to a creative team, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, to help them move forward along their growth path.
- Strive to continually increase the creative skill level of the department.

Requirements
- At least five years of experience working as a creative director in an agency environment
- A solid portfolio of successful and relevant digital lead and TTL solutions.
- Work that includes digital strategy, concept, copywriting/design and Video experience.
- Experience collaborating with teams of strategists, creatives, designers, producers, account managers and content developers.
- Multi-task and troubleshoot while coordinating multiple projects and resources.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate feedback from clients, internal team members and partners while staying aligned with project objectives.
