Residential property management company seeks a junior credit controller. Wonderful opportunity to join a well-established company and grow.
Duties include
- Checking of rental statements
- Distribution of rental statements to all properties
- Phoning for rentals on first of each month
- Issuing letters of demand on third of each month
- Instructing and performing lock outs on 10th of each month
- Meeting with tenants to resolve payment issues
- Instructing caretakers on arrears management during course of the month (locking units, cleaning out units)
- Reporting into portfolio manager
- Ensuring 97% collections
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Driver licence and own transport
- MDA management system experience – advantage
- Minimum one years’ debtors controller experience
