A concern providing administration and accounting services is seeking a Creditor to join their team.

Job requirements :

• Grade 12
• 1 – 3 years creditors experience
• Experience in Pastel and Excel required

Duties :

• Full Function Creditors for various Optometry Practices
• Processing creditors invoices
• Recon of creditors statements

Preparation of the following:

–         Summary of creditors payments to be made

–         Creditors payments

–         Payments and loading these for release

• Ensure outstanding issues are resolved timeously
• Recon of invoices processed by Practice versus Pastel
