Creditors clerk required in Polokwane.

Requirements:

• Matric/grade 12 certificate
• Bookkeeping/accounting qualification will be beneficial
• Two to three years’ experience in a retail environment
• Must be computer literate to an advanced level
• Strong in management experience of creditors accounts
• Excellent reconciliation skills
• Reconciling payments with invoices
• Resolving daily creditors queries
• Maintaining creditors master files
• Debtors account and credit reviews
• Distributing proof of payments to clients
• Banking
• Capturing of suppliers invoices
• Report to management on outstanding issues and inform them early of potential debtors and creditors problems
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Valid code eight drivers licence and own transport
