Responsibilties Reconciling of debtors and debtors and debt collection.
Ensuring timeous payments by debtors.
Strict control of delinquent debtors.
Update debtors records and status
To accurately capture invoices in the accounting system in order to effect payment on time and accurately to Creditors.
Filing of Invoices after Payment Run
Accurately reconcile G/L and Creditors Accounts on a Monthly basis to make sure that accounts are correctly balanced. Required Skills pastel accounting : 2 to 3 years
computer literacy skills and experience
Fully bilingual English & Afrikaans. Candidate Requirements Matric , Bookkeeping diploma or Equivalent
3+years full function Creditors/Debtors and Bookkeeping experience.
Pastel Accounting and general computer literate to at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word and Excel)
